 The N4Cs is dedicated to finding programs for our community members that will promote their overall wellness and health.  From youth fitness/recreational sports programs to our daily fitness classes for all ages – we strive to provide a safe and welcoming environment for everyone to find a easier path to an improved fitness level and overall health!

JourneyDance “Don’t Hold Back”
Northern Columbia Community and Cultural Center

Join us for an inspiring JourneyDance session and allow yourself to get out of your mind and into your body. Reconnect with your inner child and rediscover the joy of movement. You will be lead on a transformational journey through participation in freestyle improvisational dance, and you will feel embodied, exhilarated, empowered, and energized. So, don’t hold back! Come join us, let go, and enjoy the JourneyDance flow. No experience is necessary. EveryBODY is a dancer, and we all have stories to tell on the dance floor.

*If possible, please plan to arrive at 12:45PM to register and to enjoy some personal practice time.
Session Fee: $10 for members / $12 for nonmembers
Bring: Water bottle, towel if needed, and a yoga mat if you have one. (I will have some extra mats)
Wear: We typically dance barefoot, but socks or soft-soled shoes are fine too. Wear comfortable clothes to move in.
